Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Night Auditor to join our team at the Comfort Inn in Willow Springs, MO. The days needed for this job is for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 11PM-7AM . The Night Auditor plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining guest satisfaction during overnight hours, and supporting the overall operations of the hotel. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in hospitality management and excellent customer service skills who thrive during night shifts and enjoy working independently. Bilingual abilities and experience with hotel management systems are highly valued to enhance guest relations and operational efficiency. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy. Prepare and review daily financial reports, balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies. Provide exceptional guest services during overnight hours, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems. Maintain accurate records of guest information, billing details, and special requests while adhering to phone etiquette standards. Support hotel management in maintaining security protocols and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing reports, updating guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping or maintenance teams as needed. Oversee overnight hotel operations while preparing and setting up the morning breakfast area for guests. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred. Knowledge of night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel management software systems is highly advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest relations effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve diverse guests. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems. Experience working in resort or hotel environments that emphasize guest satisfaction and hospitality excellence.
