We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly Night Auditor to work two overnight shifts per week. Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to guests during overnight hours Perform nightly audit procedures to reconcile daily hotel transactions Check guests in and out, manage reservations, and respond to guest needs Maintain security and safety procedures during overnight hours Prepare reports and communicate shift activity to the morning team

Qualifications:

Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required Comfortable working overnight shifts independently Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, trustworthy, and punctual Basic computer skills (experience with hotel software a plus)
