As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly audits, handle guest inquiries, and support the smooth operation of the hotel's overnight functions. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service with professionalism and warmth. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages if applicable. Conduct nightly financial audits by reconciling accounts, verifying transactions, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy in billing and revenue tracking. Monitor security cameras, perform safety checks around the property, and address any issues or incidents promptly to maintain a secure environment. Maintain detailed records of guest arrivals, departures, and special requests while ensuring compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Support front desk operations by handling reservations, modifying bookings, and managing guest accounts efficiently. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in customer service within a hotel or resort setting, demonstrating excellent communication skills in bilingual or multilingual environments. Familiarity with front desk procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management software is advantageous. Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining professionalism at all times. Prior experience working in hospitality roles that require attention to detail, guest relations expertise, and knowledge of security protocols is desirable.
