Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link ensuring smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. This energetic role combines administrative precision with guest relations, providing a lively and rewarding environment. As a Night Auditor, you will oversee nightly financial reconciliations, handle guest inquiries, and maintain the safety and security of the property. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guest loyalty and operational excellence. Duties Conduct nightly financial audits using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to reconcile accounts, verify transactions, and prepare reports for management. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest requests with professionalism and enthusiasm. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems, providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and emergency procedures. Maintain accurate records of all transactions, incidents, and shift reports to ensure seamless communication between day and night teams. Enforce hotel emergency procedures by responding swiftly to safety concerns or incidents, coordinating with security or emergency services as needed. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns proactively, solving problems efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the night. Support multilingual and bilingual guests with personalized communication to enhance their stay experience. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment. Familiarity with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and client communication. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, guest relations, and hospitality reservation systems. Ability to communicate effectively via multi-line phone systems and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette. Previous resort experience is a plus, along with multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse guests. Demonstrated ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety. Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock! Pay:
$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
