Job Description
This position is 11pm
- 7am We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide them with exceptional service
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Operate phone systems and assist with reservations
- Perform night audit duties as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred
- Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling customer inquiries
