Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the welcoming face of our hotel during the overnight shift. This vital role combines guest relations, front desk operations, and financial reconciliation to ensure a seamless experience for our guests while maintaining the safety and security of the property. As a Night Auditor, you'll be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and performing detailed audits of daily financial transactions. Your energetic and attentive approach will help create a warm, professional environment that encourages guest loyalty and operational excellence. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms. Manage hotel reservations efficiently, making adjustments as needed and ensuring accuracy in booking details. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, including room charges, payments, and adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness. Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills. Monitor security cameras, perform property inspections, and respond promptly to any safety or emergency issues following hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns promptly, resolving problems creatively, and maintaining positive client communication to foster guest satisfaction. Requirements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Exceptional communication skills over phone systems, including multi-line phones and client interaction via phone etiquette. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while staying alert and attentive throughout the shift.
