Monitor hotel security systems, CCTV footage, and conduct property inspections to uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping for management review. Assist with late-night reservations and modifications using hospitality reservation systems; support front desk operations during overnight hours. Collaborate with hotel management to address guest relations issues proactively and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in front desk operations and hotel management software Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication across diverse clientele. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations to create memorable experiences. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and property security measures. Effective phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries and reservations. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
