Responsibilities:

Verify and balance daily Front Desk financial transactions and reconcile point-of-sale transactions. Complete the daily audit, generate reports, and post charges for guest rooms, food and beverage, and banquet events. Answer telephone calls, make reservations, and respond promptly and professionally to guest requests. Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive overnight guest experience.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel Front Desk experience preferred. Associate degree in hotel or restaurant management or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. Excellent communication and guest service skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial transactions. Ability to meet the hotel's professional appearance standards. Availability to work overnight shifts from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. , with flexibility in scheduled workdays. We look forward to hearing from you!
