Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in all hotel accounts. Provide outstanding guest services by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. Manage phone systems effectively, handling incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy. Process check-ins and check-outs for guests during the night shift, ensuring all procedures are followed. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Prepare daily reports summarizing hotel operations and financial performance. Uphold high standards of hospitality management, ensuring that guests feel welcomed and valued. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred; experience in night audit roles is a plus. Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our international clientele. Proficiency in using hotel management software and phone systems. A keen eye for detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Knowledge of resort or hotel operations is an advantage.
