Employee Assistance Program Job Overview:

As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing the day's accounts, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and delivering top-notch customer service during the overnight shift. This role is perfect for individuals who are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoy working independently in a calm, overnight environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform nightly accounting and reporting duties to balance daily transactions. Process guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with professionalism. Respond to guest inquiries and requests, providing exceptional service. Ensure the security and safety of the property during the overnight hours. Prepare and deliver daily reports for management. Address any guest concerns or emergencies promptly and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. Must be able to driver the Hotel Shuttle to and from Airport+Car Rental.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is a plus but not required. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with hotel management software is preferred but training will be provided. Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent required.
