Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor/Front Desk Associate, working from Wednesday to Monday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during overnight hours, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, maintaining exceptional guest relations, and managing the hotel's nightly operational reports. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes using property management systems. Handle guest inquiries via phone and in person with professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication, demonstrating proper phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations. Manage reservations efficiently, accommodating special requests and adjusting bookings as needed. Respond promptly to guest needs or emergencies following hotel emergency procedures, ensuring safety and satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with staff about any issues to ensure there is effective communication throughout all shifts Experience Experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred Familiarity with property management systems or similar software systems preferred Strong knowledge of emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security during overnight shifts Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving, client communication, and maintaining high standards of hospitality Previous night audit experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
