• Job Overview:

• We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct night audit procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions
• Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Process reservations and cancellations
• Prepare daily reports and distribute them to the appropriate departments
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity

• Skills:

• Excellent guest services skills
• Proficient in phone etiquette
• Strong background in hospitality or customer service
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management
• Experience with night audit procedures is a plus
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred
