Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the night shift. Manage guest accounts, process payments, and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately. Monitor hotel security systems, including CCTV surveillance, to ensure safety and security throughout the property. Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm. Prepare detailed shift reports, including incident logs, occupancy updates, and financial summaries. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or special requests. Handle multi-line phone systems efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Valet Park guest cars Requirements Drivers License Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Knowledge of hotel management systems and guest service protocols. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and guest relations best practices.
