Responsibilities Provide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stay Execute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as needed Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Verify, audit, and reconcile all financial records such as room charges, cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, final bill preparation, room charges, and occupancy percentages Qualifications Excellent customer service and communication skills are required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Flexible overnight hours are required Compensation21.00 - 22.00 hourly About Cambria Hotel Bend - Mt Bachelor At Cambria Hotel Bend, our vision is to positively impact, and our mission is to raise the bar on what relationships, reputation, and returns mean in hospitality.
