Weekend shifts are required for this position. The Front Desk operates seven days a week. Previous experience working in a customer service, front desk role is preferred. The Night Auditor Position is part-time, up to 32 hours a week. The night Auditor position is responsible for ensuring guests have a good stay at a property like all positions at the site. Some training provided and duties include: Check-in late arrival guests Registering guests and assigning rooms, and checking them out Processing guest payments Room keys: Issuing room keys and providing location instructions Preparing invoices for the next day. Balancing financial reports. Guest relations: Handling guest complaints and problems, and responding to their needs and concerns

Reservations:

Handling incoming reservations by phone Knows all essential aspects of our resort and hotel operations. Acts as the site liaison for the services and sales center.
