We are looking for a dependable, detail‑oriented Night Auditor to manage our overnight front desk operations and complete end‑of‑day accounting tasks. This position is ideal for someone who can work independently, stay alert throughout the night, and provide excellent guest service. Key Responsibilities Greet guests, check them in/out, and assist with late‑night needs Answer phones, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily reports Verify and post charges to guest accounts Prepare end‑of‑day summaries for management Monitor hotel safety and security during overnight hours Maintain lobby cleanliness and prep breakfast area for morning shift Requirements Basic computer skills required (email, typing, simple software navigation) Willingness to learn the hotel hospitality profession Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and remain alert Reliable, punctual, and professional Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred.
