The SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Latrobe is hiring now for a night auditor. This is a part time position, generally 2-3 days a week. This role is scheduled 11pm-7am. Experience in this role or general hotel experience preferred. For additional days and hours, cross training in other roles is available. As our night auditor, you are responsible for overseeing front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction, processing the daily audit of the hotel's financial data, and maintaining security and monitoring hotel activity during the overnight hours.

Responsibilities Include:

Handle the requests and transactions of the hotel guests in a professional manner. Process the nightly audit function to accurately transition the business into the next day. Proficient computer skills are essential. Prepare and distribute daily financial reports. Monitor hotel activity to ensure guest satisfaction compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Support the overall operation by assisting in tasks such as cleaning, stocking, and laundry.
