Responsibilities for

Front Desk Agent:

Check guests in and out of their rooms, answer any questions guests have, make recommendations for activities and restaurants, answer the phone and direct the call, take reservations on the phone, maintain the record of guests that have checked in and out, keeping a clean and comfortable lobby, etc Qualifications for

Front Desk Agent:

Excellent customer service skills, amazing interpersonal abilities, top-of-the-line organizational skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once, amazing time management skills, incredibly detail oriented, able to work nights and weekends

Job Types:

Full-time, Part-time Pay:

$10.00 - $11.00 per hour

Education:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
