Role:

WGS is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our team. As the primary point of contact during the overnight hours, you will manage late guest check-ins, perform end-of-day financial auditing, and ensure a smooth, secure operation throughout the night. If you are a self-starter who thrives in an independent work environment and delivers exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities Greet, check in, and assist overnight guests with exceptional customer service. Process end-of-day audit reports, balance shift transactions, and reconcile daily financial records. Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and phone calls promptly and professionally. Maintain security and oversight of the facility during the overnight shift. Complete guest check-outs and prepare smooth shift handoffs for the morning team. Qualifications & Skills Prior hotel night auditor experience preferred. Strong basic math, record-keeping, and computer skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High level of reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail.
