•Our night audit position does NOT follow the standard audit hours/schedule. Our auditors are on a biweekly schedule - you work one week on, the next week off.

OFF Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact during nighttime hours, you will manage front desk responsibilities, oversee guest services, and maintain the accuracy of financial and operational records. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help uphold our standards of hospitality excellence while ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the hotel property. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management, customer service, and property operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures using PEP property management system Manage multi-line phone systems, handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and hospitality expertise Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, conduct safety inspections, and respond promptly to any emergency procedures or guest concerns Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily revenue to maintain operational integrity Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing complaints or issues efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive experience for all visitors Restock front desk supplies and coffee station as needed Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to coordinate guest needs and resolve issues swiftly Begin light breakfast prep work prior to arrival of breakfast hostess Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Familiarity with property management systems, preferably PEP Strong customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced setting Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance client communication across diverse guest profiles Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, safety protocols, and guest relations best practices Previous night audit experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and client communication Join us as a Night Auditor and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable hospitality experiences around the clock. Pay:
From $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
