Four days on / Three days off

Shift:

9:45 PM - 7:00 AM What We're Looking For Exceptional guest service is our top priority! Provide our guests with extraordinary customer service at all times Work with the public in a calm, courteous, and professional manner Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, efficient, and friendly service to all guests and potential guests Anticipate guests' service needs and respond proactively Communicate with guests through Kipsu text messaging Record information and important updates in our digital logbook, Quore Maintain a professional attitude and high standards for all Front Desk functions, including checking guests in and out, maintaining guest records, and assisting guests with their needs Responsible for auditing the previous day's receipts to verify and balance entries, running reports, and verifying the accuracy of information Must be comfortable working independently, as you will be the only team member on property for the majority of the overnight shift Responsible for guest safety and security during overnight hours Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a "Can-Do" service attitude Contribute to maintaining a positive, respectful, and drama-free work environment for our diverse team and guests Fulfill all Front Office functions between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM Conduct periodic checks of the building and guest corridors to ensure the property remains safe, secure, and properly maintained Handle and follow through on all guest requests from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working Prepare our complimentary breakfast area for our guests Make complimentary coffee and ensure beverage stations remain stocked Restock the 24/7 Market Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and public areas Assist with other overnight hotel duties as needed
