Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves handling front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 years of age. Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs of guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly while maintaining high standards of guest relations. Utilize phone systems to handle incoming calls and provide information to guests. Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information. Collaborate with hotel management to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Provide assistance with any issues that may arise during the night shift. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests. Experience Previous experience in front desk operations or hotel management is preferred. Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations. Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling various phone systems. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests. A background in hospitality or resort environments is beneficial.
