Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of hotel accounts using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism. Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently through excellent customer service problem-solving skills. Maintain hotel security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections, and adhering to hotel emergency procedures. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit summaries to support daily operations and financial integrity. Communicate effectively with guests via phone and in person, demonstrating strong phone etiquette and client communication skills. Support hotel management by assisting with reservation adjustments, guest relations, and property management system (PMS) updates as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; resort experience is a plus. Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or other property management systems (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest interactions across diverse populations. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest relations. Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest and staff safety during overnight hours. Excellent phone communication skills combined with professional phone etiquette. Ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Previous experience working with hospitality reservation systems and property management software is preferred.
