Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out experiences. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Handle guest requests, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure guest satisfaction through excellent service. Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections during overnight hours. Assist with administrative duties such as preparing reports, logging incidents, and updating guest information. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and addressing special requests with enthusiasm. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multiple tasks calmly in a fast-paced environment are essential.
