Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all records. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine property inspections during overnight hours. Assist with administrative duties such as preparing reports, logging incidents, and updating guest information. Support guest relations by providing local information, amenities details, and addressing special requests with enthusiasm. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a strong plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency. Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and guest satisfaction.
