Night Auditor responsibilities include:

Greeting hotel guests with warmth and enthusiasm Fielding phone calls, faxes, and mail efficiently Coordinating checkins and checkouts in a timely manner Handling reservations by using our Fosse system (training provided) Providing exemplary service to guests by fulfilling special requests received through our GXP system (training provided) Preparing breakfast cold items. Receiving paid training online and on site. Audit Shift 11pm-7am No hotel experience necessary. Must have a willingness to learn and to provide great customer service. Standing for long hours and ability to carry towels and toiletries to guests' rooms an essential part of the position. We look forward to hearing from you!
