•Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure smooth overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, with guest relations to uphold our high standards of service. Your expertise in hospitality management and customer service will help maintain the safety, security, and satisfaction of our guests while supporting the seamless functioning of the hotel during nighttime hours. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those passionate about hospitality, eager to contribute to a lively environment, and skilled in managing property systems and guest communications. Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA to ensure accuracy and completeness. Reconcile daily revenue, room charges, and billing details while preparing detailed reports for management review. Manage front desk operations during the night shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Respond promptly to guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service that enhances guest satisfaction. Monitor hotel security through CCTV surveillance, perform routine safety checks, and follow emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, addressing guest concerns or directing calls appropriately. Maintain detailed shift logs, incident reports, and documentation related to hotel operations and guest interactions. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel environment. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or similar platforms. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to problem-solve quickly and effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guests. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols. Exceptional communication skills via phone and in person, demonstrating professionalism and hospitality etiquette. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
