Duties Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions using property management system to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed financial reports, including daily revenue summaries and cash flow documentation Manage guest check-ins and check-outs for late arrivals, providing friendly and professional service via front desk operations Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude Monitor security cameras and perform safety inspections to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information or directing calls appropriately Follow hotel emergency procedures swiftly and effectively in case of incidents or safety concerns Requirements Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
