Part-Time Overnight Front Desk Representative Downtown Menomonie | 51-Room Hotel We're looking for a dependable and friendly Overnight Front Desk Representative to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking for part-time weekday hours with weekends off .

Schedule:

Wednesdays & Thursdays 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM Occasional additional shifts may be available to cover vacations. No experience necessary—we're happy to train the right candidate! Responsibilities Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service. Perform front desk duties including guest check-ins/check-outs, reservations, credit card processing, and balancing daily reports. Provide guests with information about the local area and hotel amenities. Handle guest questions and resolve concerns professionally. Assist with training new front desk team members. Maintain clear communication with coworkers and other hotel departments. Record information accurately in the clerk logbook and shift reports. Perform basic math using a calculator. Maintain accurate cash handling and balance shift deposits. Ensure room status is current and communicate maintenance needs promptly. Keep the front desk and lobby clean, organized, and welcoming. Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures. Set up the breakfast area for morning service. Maintain proper key control by issuing and receiving guest room and master keys. Clean guest rooms and lobby areas as needed. Restock front desk supplies. Assist with laundry duties. Qualifications Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused. Strong communication skills. Basic computer and math skills. Legible handwriting. Ability to work independently during overnight hours. Willingness to assist with a variety of hotel operations as needed.
