Job Description
- Review and approve weekly agency payroll.
- Review and approve agencies' PAR, payroll action requests.
- Review and approve WCD payroll cost reports
- Support WCD distribution centers and payroll team's inquiries and requests to solve payroll issues.
- Serves as back up in the absence of Payroll Team members.
- Work with other duties/projects assigned with relation to Payroll functions
Minimum Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be a self-initiator who can complete an assigned task with little or no supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent phone skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of payroll systems and be able to grasp processing schemes and systems quickly.
- Knowledge of Paychex Flex is a plus.
- An associate degree in a business-related discipline is preferred.
