10/06/2026 Job Description Job Description Mariposa Landscapes is looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented candidate to join our accounting team as a payroll manager. The ideal candidate can work under pressure, is familiar with in-house payroll processing procedures, and maintains a healthy relationship with co-workers. Job Duties Oversee the entire bi-weekly payroll process for 3 companies across two States (CA & AZ) Review electronic time records and import records into payroll software for processing Issue manual checks when necessary Ensure timely and accurate submission of certified payroll reports Fully responsible for payroll audits Keep up with prevailing wage rates and requirements Setup wage garnishments and issue payment to corresponding agencies Prepare Quarterly payroll tax filings as well as year-end W-2 filings Oversee job duties of payroll administrators Requirements 5 years of experience processing payroll for a large workforce Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Proficient in MS Office Experience with certified payroll is preferred Analytical and math skills Management skills Benefits Paid time off 401k retirement account with company matching Company sponsored health insurance Company Description Award-winning landscape services for premier properties Mariposa Landscapes provides full-spectrum landscape services to commercial and municipal clients, residential estates and multi-home communities.
