Payroll Manager:

Oversee payroll compliance, payroll tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements while maintaining adherence to federal, state, and local laws. The Payroll Manager will administer complex compensation programs, including commissions, bonuses, retroactive pay, stipends, and other variable earnings. Lead payroll-related leave and compliance programs, including workers' compensation, FMLA, and other employee leave administration processes. Leverage advanced Excel reporting, analytics, and reconciliations to ensure payroll accuracy, identify trends, and support business decision-making. Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to enhance payroll operations, drive process improvements, and support system implementations, including UKG. Qualifications for the
Payroll Manager:
a { text-decoration: none; color: #464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid #e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: #f5f5f5; } 5+ years of payroll experience supporting large, multi-location employee populations, with experience processing payroll for 1,000+ employees strongly preferred. Deep understanding of payroll compliance, payroll tax regulations, workers' compensation, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local employment requirements. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with demonstrated experience in reporting, reconciliations, data analysis, and payroll auditing. Proven ability to manage complex payroll environments involving commissions, bonuses, variable compensation, retroactive pay, and other non-standard earnings. Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving operational efficiencies within payroll functions. Experience with
UKG, HRIS
