• Gandy is seeking a highly organized and motivated HR/Payroll Manager to lead our human resources and payroll functions in a dynamic post-acute care environment.

This role is essential to ensuring our team members are supported, policies are followed, and payroll runs smoothly.

What You'll Do:

Lead all aspects of HR and payroll administration for the facility Process employee onboarding, benefits, payroll changes, and timekeeping Maintain accurate and confidential personnel records in compliance with federal and state laws Ensure regulatory compliance, wage/hour adherence, and timely reporting Partner with leadership on employee relations, hiring, performance management, and training Coordinate new hire orientation, background checks, and ensure proper documentation Maintain attendance records, handle disciplinary documentation, and conduct exit interviews

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of HR/payroll experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC) or skilled nursing setting

• REQUIRED

  Solid knowledge of employment law, wage & hour regulations, and personnel administration Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Experience with HRIS/payroll systems
• Empeon a plus Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred Spanish-English bilingual skills are a plus SHRM or PHR Certification Why Vivo Healthcare
