Payroll Manager Location:
Tampa, FL Salary:

Payroll Manager:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Oversee payroll audits, tax filings, garnishments, and reporting requirements.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and support month-end and year-end close activities.
- Maintain and optimize payroll systems, processes, and internal controls.
Payroll Manager:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, UKG, Paychex, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
