  • Subject to management approval, serves as the ERP Functional Expert
  • Payroll for the Department of Innovation & Technology (DoIT), overseeing the lifecycle of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Human Capital Management (HCM) Talent Management Program, starting with design, implementation and transitioning to the operational steady state organization.
  • Works in concert with Program leadership to coordinate and control the implementation and support of the payroll module within the Program, including assuming expert role regarding payroll in permanent organizational structure that oversees the Program cost implementation.
  • Assumes functional expert role for payroll during implementation and in the operational steady state organization, including participating with the Program team during implementation and production support.
  • Performs other duties as required or assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above. ## Minimum Qualifications
  • Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of four (4) years of college with coursework in business or public administration.
  • Requires prior experience equivalent to four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative Payroll experience in a complex organization with employees governed by multiple regulations and bargaining contracts.
