Job Description
KBW Financial Staffing & Recruiting is working with a client in the Andover, MA area looking for an Interim Payroll Director/Payroll Transformation Lead. We are looking for candidates who can start immediately for this role. Responsibilities Reviewing and updating payment processes and controls Identify potential risks in the payroll process Evaluate responsibility allocation Assess integration requirement with HRIS Review payroll approvals and reconciliations Partner with HR, IT, and finance teams Help update reporting and analytics Qualifications 5+ year of previous experience Experience with systems such as ADP, UKG, Workday, etc. Strong Excel skills (pivots, v/x lookups, etc.)
Compensation:
