Payroll & Benefits Manager - Hybrid / Greater Boston Area Our client, a global professional services organization, is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager to support payroll, benefits administration, and related employee programs across multiple regions. This role will oversee day-to-day payroll operations, support benefits processes, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and partner with internal stakeholders on reporting and process improvements. Responsibilities Manage payroll operations and ensure timely, accurate processing. Oversee employee benefits administration and related programs. Maintain compliance with payroll, tax, and benefits requirements. Support audits, reconciliations, reporting, and recordkeeping activities. Partner with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll and benefits operations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and analysis related to payroll and employee programs. Contribute to ongoing projects, system enhancements, and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications 10+ years of payroll experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or management capacity.
