What You'll Do:

Lead accurate, timely weekly payroll for a high volume, multi state workforce Manage certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance Review and validate payroll before submission through Paychex Maintain employee payroll records, deductions, changes, and tax compliance Prepare payroll reconciliations and reports Partner with accounting and operations to resolve issues and strengthen payroll processes

What You'll Bring:

5+ years of payroll experience, including construction payroll Hands-on experience with certified payroll and prevailing wage requirements Experience managing multi state payroll internally Strong Excel skills and comfort working with payroll systems Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to own deadlines Paychex experience is a plus #
