Our payroll team supports approximately 2,000 employees across multiple states during peak periods. We process both weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for a diverse workforce that includes exempt and nonexempt employees, union and non-union employees, seasonal and temporary staff, and commission and incentive-based compensation plans. We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day payroll operations for the organization while leading and supporting the payroll team. This role will serve as a working supervisor - balancing hands-on payroll processing responsibilities with team leadership, process oversight, compliance, reporting, and problem-solving. The Payroll Supervisor will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining compliance with payroll laws and company policies, supporting payroll system administration, and helping drive continuous improvement within payroll operations.
