Payroll Time Management Position Introduction:
This position requires strong functional experience in
SAP HCM US
Payroll Time Management, along with a good understanding of payroll processing, time evaluation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting (RCM), Performance & Goals Management (PMGM), Organizational Management / Personnel Administration (OM/PA), and Payroll Operations & Support.
Responsibilities:
Own US Payroll operations and monitor S/4 - SuccessFactors integrations Lead P1/P2 payroll incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and communicate with stakeholders Act as the functional lead for SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting Management and Onboarding Manage onshore stakeholder relationships and lead discussions with business users, IT, and offshore teams Provide timely status updates, review solution designs, and ensure adherence to change management processes Mentor offshore teams for effective knowledge transfer and process continuity
Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with IDOCs, Interfaces, and
SAP S/4HANA
Payroll operations SuccessFactors functional experience and integrations with certification Good understanding of SAP-SuccessFactors integrations Proven experience handling critical payroll incidents in production environments Strong client-facing and communication skills Exposure to AMS and Maintain delivery models Experience coordinating onshore-offshore delivery teams
