This is a hybrid position with an on-site requirement of three days per week.

Essential Functions:

Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in deductions and compliance with tax regulations Maintain and reconcile payroll records; conduct regular compliance audits Analyze compensation data, prepare reports, and integrate data for strategic decision-making Conduct market benchmarking and assist in designing competitive compensation programs Serve as the functional lead for Workday and ADP SmartCompliance systems

Required Experience:

Proven experience in payroll processing and compensation analysis Strong numerical and accounting skills Proficiency with data analysis tools and spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant's qualifications, relevant experience, and other certifications or professional licenses held.
