We're looking for a Payroll, Benefits & HR Compliance Coordinator to join our team! If you enjoy balancing numbers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding employee support, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Process weekly and semi-monthly payroll with accuracy. Administer employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k). Support compliance with ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, and multi-state employment regulations. Answer employee payroll and benefits questions with professionalism and care. Partner with HR, Finance, leaders, and vendors to ensure a seamless employee experience. Maintain accurate HRIS records, reporting, and documentation. What We're Looking For 5+ years of payroll, benefits, and HR compliance experience. ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of payroll processing, benefits administration, and employment laws. Strong Excel, analytical, and organizational skills. High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
