Full-Time Job Summary Yeon's America Staffing is seeking a reliable, bilingual On-Site Coordinator to support our employees during the night shift at an automotive plastic fuel tank manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on working supervisor position. The coordinator will assist with employee management, communication between English- and Spanish-speaking employees, and daily operational needs. The selected candidate must also be able to operate a forklift and step in to support the work area when staffing or operational gaps occur. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary on-site contact for Yeon's America Staffing employees during the night shift Communicate and interpret between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking employees Monitor employee attendance, work assignments, conduct, and workplace concerns Help employees understand work instructions, safety requirements, and company policies Report attendance, performance, safety, and staffing issues to Yeon's America management Assist with shift coverage when an employee is absent or when additional operational support is needed Safely operate a forklift as required Help maintain professional communication between employees, supervisors, and the staffing office Respond calmly and professionally to employee or workplace issues during the shift Required Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish Able to communicate and interpret clearly in both languages Forklift operating experience Able to pass the facility's forklift evaluation and safety requirements Available to work the full 6:00 PM-6:00 AM shift Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Legally authorized to work in the United States Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, warehouse, staffing, or team-lead experience Experience supervising or coordinating employees Basic computer, text messaging, and reporting skills Compensation $17.00 per hour Weekly pay Full-time night-shift position This position is employed through Yeon's America Staffing and assigned to work on-site at our client's manufacturing facility.
