Payroll specialist We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience using ADP Workforce Now. The ideal candidate will have strong payroll processing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll. Payroll specialist
Details:
Temporary position $26.00 to $30.00 /hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm) Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems. Review timecards, resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely employee payments. Process employee updates, including new hires, transfers, salary changes, and status changes. Assist with certified payroll, prevailing wage reporting, and payroll processing through LCPtracker. Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management, and prepare daily payroll reports. Qualifications:
Previous experience in payroll processing, preferably in construction or a similar industry. Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and other payroll systems.
