Job Overview Our client, a leading Japanese food trading company, is seeking a Payroll Clerk.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Processing:

Compile time sheets and process employee pay, taxes, and standard deductions accurately using the ADP system.

Record Maintenance:

Update and maintain confidential employee files, seamlessly processing new hires, terminations, and status changes.

Internal Support:

Act as a helpful point of contact to answer internal employee inquiries regarding payroll and assist with basic payroll reporting. Qualifications：

Professional Experience:

3+ years of basic payroll processing or accounting experience.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with ADP payroll systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Core Competencies:

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a trustworthy approach to maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

Pay:

$49,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
