This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering long-term potential with a well-established organization. The position will be fully in-office during training , with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once training is successfully completed.

Responsibilities:

Process high-volume payroll for employees across multiple states. Ensure payroll is completed accurately and on time. Review and maintain payroll records, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings. Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting. Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience required. Proven experience with high-volume, multi-state payroll . Strong understanding of payroll taxes, deductions, and garnishments. Experience with payroll software such as ADP, UKG, Paychex, Workday, or similar. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
