HR / Payroll Coordinator We are seeking an experienced HR / Payroll Coordinator to support key human resources and payroll functions. This is a full-time temporary position with responsibility for weekly payroll, employee benefits, recruiting, and general HR administration.

Salary Range:

$50,000-$55,000 Responsibilities Process and run weekly payroll using Paychex and Google Time Review employee timekeeping and ensure accurate payroll processing Recruit, screen, and coordinate interviews with job applicants Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records Administer employee benefits and respond to employee questions Assist with general HR policies, procedures, and employee relations Maintain accurate and confidential employee information Provide general administrative support to the HR function Qualifications Previous experience in HR, payroll, or a combination of both Experience with Paychex and/or timekeeping systems preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities #
