Job#: 3051152 Payroll Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall support across payroll processing teams to ensure all pay groups and payroll results are accurate and timely.
- Engage and provide support of applicable task responsibility within the year-end payroll project.
- Take ownership with ad hoc payroll operations requests, deliverables, and objectives.
- Coordinate with key processing stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of payroll results.
- Resolve issues pertaining to the payroll and provide absolute solutions for various queries as required.
- Diligently follow documented Standard Operating Procedures.
- Continually monitor, review, interpretation, administration, and payment of wage withholding orders.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders to ensure proper interpretation of garnishment documents and interrogatories.
- Daily, alert management of any known or potential risk issues.
- Escalations to immediate supervisor at appropriate times and keep them updated on operational aspects.
- Performs other related duties as assigned. Skill and Competency Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of payroll laws, regulations, and practices. This includes experience with processing garnishments, child support, levies, etc.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking ability.
- Client focus and good team player.
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Good analytical & decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
- 3 to 7 years of payroll processing knowledge and experience supporting US payroll.
- 2+ years of experience working in a multinational organization engaged in global customer delivery.

Partners with fellow associates, supervisors, and departments; contributes and exchanges knowledge and skills to meet group needs and goals; participates in resolving issues.
