Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join a growing organization in Murray, Utah. This position is responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, maintaining employee payroll records, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing exceptional support to employees regarding payroll-related questions.
Process weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly payroll for employeesReview and verify timesheets, wage calculations, and payroll deductionsMaintain payroll records and employee information within payroll systemsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulationsProcess garnishments, wage assignments, and other payroll adjustmentsCoordinate payroll-related activities with Human Resources and Accounting teamsReconcile payroll reports and assist with month-end processes
