JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- This role is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry for employee records and assisting in payroll processing while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Part of a team that processes bi-weekly payroll, including time and attendance verification
- Maintain accurate, confidential payroll records in compliance with internal controls
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide excellent service
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES/EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel skills preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
