Back Payroll Coordinator Payroll Lowell , Massachusetts Perm 60000 Oct 23, 2026 $60000.00 - $80000.00 Lowell, MA | 100% Onsite $60,000-$80,000 Base + 6% Bonus Our client is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support U.S. payroll operations for a large, multi-state employee population. This role will focus on accurate payroll processing, Workday system support, reporting, and process improvement. Responsibilities Support biweekly payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees across multiple states Validate employee data, timecards, compensation changes, deductions, and payroll taxes Review payroll reports and investigate discrepancies Assist with year-end processing, W-2s, reconciliations, and payroll tax compliance Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and Finance Support Workday Payroll testing, implementation, reporting, and system improvements Prepare payroll reports, journal entries, and account reconciliations Maintain process documentation and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and controls Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, HR, or related field 3+ years of U.S. payroll experience Workday Payroll experience required Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, and data analysis Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and documentation skills For additional information, please forward a copy of your resume and contact information in Word Document form to Merry Doyle at mdoyle@kbwfinancial.com . #
